Homeowner Information

Please be advised that assessments for all Amanda Place homeowner's are due on the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). The total amount due for each unit is $183.00, which represents $120.00 for quarterly condo fees and $63.00 for quarterly trash removal fees. Payments should be sent to the Management Company, Quantum Real Estate Management, located at 5101 River Road, Suite 101, Bethesda, MD 20816. In accordance with the Bylaws of the Association, payments that are not received by the last day of the month are assessed a 10% late fee. Additionally, any balances on accounts as of the first day of each subsequent month are assessed a 10% late fee on the total balance. Owners may prepay for the entire year if they choose ($732 for the whole year).

Owners that are looking to sell their homes should contact Quantum to request a resale package. The package costs $100.00. Once payment is received, the resale package will either be mailed to the owner or can be picked up from the Quantum office.

Amanda Place maintains insurance for the common areas. The insurance policy is held by State Farm and the State Farm agent responsible for the Association is Bill Welsh. All insurance-related inquiries should be directed to Mr. Welsh at 703-524-1976.
