The Amanda Place Homeowners Association Board of Directors has established
committees to ensure that the operations of the Association run smoothly.
The following is a listing of committees at Amanda Place:
 | Landscape Committee - responsible for the appearance of the grounds and
common areas for the Association. If you would like to serve on this committee
or have a recommendation, please send an email to
landscape@amandaplace.net.

| Covenants Committee - The primary responsibility of this committee is to
ensure that the Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations for Amanda
Place are adhered to at all times. This committee receives all
architectural change requests and either approves or denies them. Please
be sure that if you plan to make any changes to the exterior of your house,
you first complete an ACC form,
available by clicking here, and return it to
the Management Office (5101 River Road, Suite 101, Bethesda, MD 20816).

| Activity Committee - This committee is responsible for all social events
for Amanda Place owners. If you have any ideas for a community-wide
get-together, please email it to
