The Amanda Place Board of Directors is made up of six volunteers that live in
the community. These Board Members are responsible for the development and
approval of the annual budget, setting the quarterly collections, and ensuring
the smooth operation of the property. The Board of Directors has
contracted with Quantum Real Estate Management,
LLC for financial management of the property. For any financial
